Which sector can apply foreign worker?

Can I get approval to apply foreign worker if my company is just start-up?

Can’t. Your company must have at least an audit report, 3 months KWSP statement, 3 months bank statement

Any minimum requirement I need to prepare for foreign worker in order to get approval?

Hostel (which must included cooking utensil, water and electrical supply), transportation to work, and insurance.

What should I do if my foreign worker is missing in action?

Go to make a police report and report lost to immigration office

What should I do if the new arrived foreign worker failed the fomema body checkup?

Do check out memo for them to send them back to their home country and request for a new foreign worker for replacement.

Can foreign workers change company

No, general foreign workers with PLKS work permit cannot change company. It’s only possible if government have rehiring program.
